Tunable over entire broadcast FM radio band, from 88.1MHz to 107.9MHz on 0.2MHz steps.
(Transmitter is compliant with FCC Part 15 regulations.)

| Can be programmed to operate in one of three modes: |
| |
| I) External Audio Mode. Audio from an external source is transmitted on the selected frequency. Any standard audio source can be used, such as a CD player or a Tape player. |
| |
| II) Internal Audio Mode. A recorded message, up to 5 minutes, is played repeatedly. |
| |
| III) Interrupt mode. External audio is transmitted for a programmed time, up to 60 minutes, and then the internal message is played once. After the internal message is played, it returns back to the external audio source. |
